Klorane Dry Shampoo with Goat Milk

I think dry shampoo is an amazing invention, and I love trying them. My hair can get a little bit oily if I don’t wash it every day, so I’m always looking for a way to have great second day hair that doesn’t involve a headband or scrunchie. Recently, I tried the Klorane Dry Shampoo with Goat Milk which can be purchased for $20 from Sephora.

Unfortunately, this dry shampoo did not work for me, but it did have some positive features. First, it smelled amazing. Also, I have very dark brown hair, but it did not leave any white residue behind, which I really appreciated. (This is so rare for dry shampoos!) Still, I just didn’t see any oil being absorbed. My hair looked shinier after I used this and it smelled nice and fresh, but my roots still looked just as oily as before. It claims to add some volume, and I did notice this a bit, but my main concern when using a dry shampoo is that I want it to remove all oiliness, and this one just didn’t.

I would definitely recommend this one to people who have thin, dry hair and no oily roots. This would probably help you to have nice second day hair with some added volume and texture. But I definitely don’t recommend it for anyone trying to reduce oil on their scalp. For that, I would recommend Tresemme Fresh Start, which is still the best dry shampoo I’ve ever used (and it’s significantly cheaper than anything from Sephora or a salon).

Do you have a dry shampoo that you absolutely love? Let me know in the comments section so I can try it out!
